Air Asia X to begin scheduled flights to Maldives

Malaysian low-cost, long-haul carrier AirAsia X has commenced scheduled flights between Malaysia and Maldives today.

The airline announced that they will be offering return flights between Kuala Lumpur and Male’ starting from $225 (MVR3932) in Economy Class.

AirAsia X stated that they will using 377 seater Airbus A343-300 flights in their new route between Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Maldives.

Maldives currently receives 28 scheduled flights and 3 chartered flights from 27 countries around the world.
