Gaspare Greco has been appointed as Executive Chef for Anantara Kihavah Villas in the Maldives Baa Atoll. Preferring to be called Chef Sam, he brings more than 30 years of culinary experience to his role, including Executive Chef and Culinary Director of both Noa Japanese Restaurant in Beirut and Mirai Japanese Restaurants in Bahrain and Dubai.
Being half Italian and half Canadian, Chef Sam grew up in southern Italy, renowned for its homemade pasta, an array of the freshest fruits and vegetables as well as fresh seafood from the Adriatic and Mediterranean Seas.
